Crunchy Almond Raw Carob Cups

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Mayver’s Almond Spread
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup raw carob powder
- 1 Tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1/2 cup quinoa puffs (or buckinis will work/anything for crunch)
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt
Toppings
- Pepitas
- Sunflower seeds
- Coconut
- Cacao nibs
- Goji berries
- White mulberries
Method
- In a large bowl, add oil, carob powder, Mayver’s Almond Spread, syrup, quinoa, salt and mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into silicone moulds or a lined patty tray and sprinkle with desired toppings
- Place in the freezer for 15mins to set and enjoy!
