Peanut Butter Choc Oat Cups
Time: 35 minutes | Serves: 6
For the Base:
2/3 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp Mayver’s Manuka Peanut Butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
For the Peanut Butter Layer
1 cup Mayver’s Manuka Peanut Butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
For the Chocolate Topping
170g dark chocolate
Optional drizzle of peanut butter
- Add all the base ingredients to a bowl and mix well until combined, then press into a 6 cup silicon muffin tray. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- To make the middle layer, mix the Mayver’s Manuka Peanut Butter, maple syrup and melted coconut oil in a small bowl, then spread over the oat bases. Return to the freezer.
- Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water to melt the chocolate, then top the peanut butter cups with it and freeze for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
