Vegan Choc Chip Banana Bread

1 and 1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp chia + 2.5 tbsp water
1/2 cup muscovado sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup plant milk
1 cup oat flour
1 and 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup vegan choc chips
1 tbsp Mayver’s Hazelnut, Cashew and Cacao Butter



  1. Combine all ingredients except Hazelnut Butter until smooth.
  2. Add mixture to a lined loaf tin.
  3. Bake at 175C for 50 minutes.
  4. Increase oven to 180C and bake for a further 20 minutes covering the top.
  5. Allow to cool and spread Hazelnut Butter on top and enjoy!
