Tahini Protein Fudge

Ingredients
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup or stevia
1 tbsp Mayver’s Tahini
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Good pinch rock salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour onto a lined baking tray.
- Sprinkle with your fave toppings, such as granola, cacao nibs, coconut, roasted nuts.
- Pop in the freezer for 1 hour and snap into pieces!
