Tahini n’ Coconut Amaze-balls

Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup oat-meal
1/4 cup Mayver’s Australian Tahini
1/4 cup honey (melted in 3 tbs boiling water)
4 fresh dates (pitted)
1 cup mixed nuts & seeds (we love hazelnuts & pepita seeds)
1/2 dried goji or cranberries
3 tbs cacao powder
Organic dessicated Coconut for rolling
Method
Combine all ingredients except for coconut in bowl
Melt honey in 3 tbs boiling water and add to mixture
Mix all together, roll into balls, coat in coconut and place in fridge.
NOTE: Make sure you’re hands are wet when mixing the balls and ddd a little more water if the mixture is too dry.
