Tahini Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup Mayver’s Hulled Tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top

Method

  1. Mix everything in one big bowl.
  2. Form cookie shapes and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake at 170c for 10-15 mins.
