Tahini & Caraway Roast

Ingredients
1 tsp caraway seed
1 onion (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
450 grams carrots (cooked and mashed)
100 grams sunflower seeds (ground)
125 grams pumpkin seeds (ground)
100 grams rolled oats (soaked and drained)
chilli (deseeded to taste optional)
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 lemon juice
65 mls water
1 tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
salt
pepper
Method
Cook onion and garlic in a little water until soft. Add 1/2 tsp of Soy Sauce and mix all ingredients together. add salt and pepper to taste.
Grease muffin tines and spoon in the mixture. cover with baking paper and bake for 1 hour in the oven. uncover and bake for 10-15mins to brown the top
