Sweet Potato Brownies

1 cup cooked sweet potato
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup choc protein powder
1/2 cup Mayver’s Limited Edition Berry Peanut Butter
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla & a pinch salt



  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a square cake pan with baking paper.
  2. Blend all the ingredients apart from the chocolate chips in a bowl or food processor until a thick batter consistency is achieved. (Add a little more maple syrup if you have a big sweet tooth).
  3. Fold through chocolate chips and transfer to your lined tin. Smooth the top and decorate with extra chocolate.
  4. Cook the brownies in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. ENJOY!
