Sweet Potato Brownies
Time: 40min | Serves: 6-8
1 cup cooked sweet potato
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup choc protein powder
1/2 cup Mayver’s Limited Edition Berry Peanut Butter
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla & a pinch salt
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a square cake pan with baking paper.
- Blend all the ingredients apart from the chocolate chips in a bowl or food processor until a thick batter consistency is achieved. (Add a little more maple syrup if you have a big sweet tooth).
- Fold through chocolate chips and transfer to your lined tin. Smooth the top and decorate with extra chocolate.
- Cook the brownies in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. ENJOY!
