Super Peanut Butter Choc Granola
Time: 20 mins | Serves: 2 - 4
3 cups rolled oats,
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
- Mixed them in a bowl and baked at 170C for 23 minutes. Voila! Easy yummy granola!
