Sunflower Super Snack

Ingredients

  • Half an avacado
  • 3 tbs cottage cheese
  • 3 tbs Mayvers sunflower spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Original Super Spread)
  • 3 ryvitas
  • 6 spimach leaves
  • 6 cherrie tomatoes
  • ½ tsp sea salt & pepper

Method

  1. Spread ryvita’s with sunflower spread and cottage cheese.
  2. Place sliced avacado and diced tomatoes on top.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
