Ingredients
- Half an avacado
- 3 tbs cottage cheese
- 3 tbs Mayvers sunflower spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Original Super Spread)
- 3 ryvitas
- 6 spimach leaves
- 6 cherrie tomatoes
- ½ tsp sea salt & pepper
Method
- Spread ryvita’s with sunflower spread and cottage cheese.
- Place sliced avacado and diced tomatoes on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
