Sugarfree Choc Tahini Smoothie

Ingredients

This super-powered guilt-free smoothie is perfect morning, noon or night. Cocoa powder is super high in antioxidants and fiber, and when blended with coconut water and almond butter needs no additional sugar. The shredded coconu, almond paste and Mayvers Tahini add some good fats, which will give you great joint lubrication, calcium and even more fiber.

1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoons pure-state almond butter (just pure almonds)
1 teaspoon Mayvers Tahini
1 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 cup ice

Method

Blend all together until smooth. Serve immediately
* For a creamier consistency add 1/2 cup of plain natural yoghurt
** For a sweeter flavour add a teaspoon of honey (melted in 1 tsp of boiling water)
*** For a delish twist try with frozen banana or 1 cup frozen raspberries
