Satay Tofu

Ingredients
450g block of firm tofu
3 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
50ml soy milk
50ml boiling water
1 sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional)
Method
- Cut tofu into cubes and fry in a little pan. Spray oil until it starts to become golden and take off the heat.
- Add PB, sweet chilli sauce and soy into a jug.
- Add in hot water and whisk until smooth, then add soy milk.
- Add chilli flakes if needed.
- Pour on top of cooked tofu. Serve with your choice of sides.
