Salted Caramel Tahini Cups

1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup Mayver’s Unhulled Tahini
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup dates
2 tbs Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
Pinch of salt



  1. Melt coconut oil. Stir through tahini and maple syrup.
  2. Put into muffin cases, bringing up the sides. Put in the freezer to set.
  3. While cups are setting, make caramel by blending dates, peanut butter and salt.
  4. Add a spoonful of caramel to each cup.
  5. Top with remainder of melted tahini mixture and leave in the freezer for a few hours to set.
