Salted Caramel Tahini Cups

Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup Mayver’s Unhulled Tahini
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup dates
2 tbs Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
Pinch of salt
Method
- Melt coconut oil. Stir through tahini and maple syrup.
- Put into muffin cases, bringing up the sides. Put in the freezer to set.
- While cups are setting, make caramel by blending dates, peanut butter and salt.
- Add a spoonful of caramel to each cup.
- Top with remainder of melted tahini mixture and leave in the freezer for a few hours to set.
