Ingredients
- 2 bunches of fresh basil
- 1 cup good olive oil
- 4 tbsp Mayver’s pure-state Pepita Spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Hulled Tahini)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Pull all the leaves off the basil.
- Dice the garlic
- Put everything into a food processor.
- Eat up and enjoy!
