Pepita Pesto Power

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of fresh basil
  • 1 cup good olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Mayver’s pure-state Pepita Spread (discontinued: use Mayver’s Hulled Tahini)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Pull all the leaves off the basil.
  2. Dice the garlic
  3. Put everything into a food processor.
  4. Eat up and enjoy!
