Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh pineapple pieces (cut into chunks)
  • 375ml coconut water
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt (we like Coyo)
  • 4 tbs Mayvers Peanut & Coconut Spread
  • Handful of coconut flakes
  • 1 tbs Maca Powder
  • 1 tbs of spirulina (optional)
  • 1 cup ice

Method

  1. Put everything in a blender, crush and enjoy!
