Peanut & Coconut Muesli Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayver’s Peanut & Coconut Spread
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup lupin flakes
  • 1/8 cup LSA
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pour liquid into dry mixture bowl and stir until all is coated.
  4. Place on a lined baking tray and and bake for 30 mins.
  5. Remove from oven and let to cool completely before slicing into bar-sized pieces
