Peanut & Coconut Muesli Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayver’s Peanut & Coconut Spread
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup lupin flakes
- 1/8 cup LSA
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pour liquid into dry mixture bowl and stir until all is coated.
- Place on a lined baking tray and and bake for 30 mins.
- Remove from oven and let to cool completely before slicing into bar-sized pieces
