Ingredients
- A blender ⅔ full of ice to start with
- ½ cup Mayver’s Organic Peanut & Coconut Spread
- 45g fresh ginger chopped
- 2 cups coconut milk
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- Handful of chia seeds
Method
- Add everything into a blender and blend until smooth!
- * If you want a little more sweetness, add a teaspoon of melted rice malt syrup
