Peanut Butter Raspberry Milkshake

2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice
2 frozen bananas
1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
2 medjool dates
2 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 cup coconut water


  1. Place frozen raspberries and coconut water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses.
  2. Clean blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour on top of the raspberry layer and swirl around. Enjoy!
