Peanut Butter Raspberry Milkshake
Time: 10 mins | Serves: 2 - 3
2 cups almond milk or milk of your choice
2 frozen bananas
1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
2 medjool dates
2 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 cup coconut water
- Place frozen raspberries and coconut water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses.
- Clean blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour on top of the raspberry layer and swirl around. Enjoy!
