Peanut Butter Molten Brownie

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp white rice flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp rapadura sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 6-7 Tbsp warm water
  • 2 Tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter

Method

  1. Sift the flours and raw cacao powder into a bowl.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients (except for the peanut butter) until thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a lined ramekin, then spoon the peanut butter on top in the middle, and top with the rest of the brownie mixture.
  4. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for roughly 15-20 minutes.
  5. Dust with raw cacao powder and choice of fruit, and serve right away!
