Peanut Butter Molten Brownie

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp white rice flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2-3 Tbsp rapadura sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 6-7 Tbsp warm water
- 2 Tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
Method
- Sift the flours and raw cacao powder into a bowl.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients (except for the peanut butter) until thoroughly combined.
- Pour half of the mixture into a lined ramekin, then spoon the peanut butter on top in the middle, and top with the rest of the brownie mixture.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for roughly 15-20 minutes.
- Dust with raw cacao powder and choice of fruit, and serve right away!
