Peanut Butter Mocha Baked Oats

Ingredients
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 banana
2 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
For the Centre:
1 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
For the Topping:
Chocolate chips
Banana slices
Method
- Blend all ingredients except the peanut butter in a blender until smooth.
- Spray an oven safe bowl with non-stick oil then fill with 2/3 of the oat batter.
- Drop one tablespoon of peanut butter in the centre of the mixture then cover with the remaining batter.
- Top with chocolate chips and banana slices.
- Bake at 360F/182C for 10-15 mins and enjoy!
