Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
Time: 20min | Serves: 15-20
1 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup protein powder
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
50g dark chocolate (melted)
- Add peanut butter, coconut flour, protein powder and rice malt syrup to a bowl. Stir until combined to a thick dough.
- Shape into eggs and place on a baking tray or large plate. Put in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to cool.
- Decorate by dipping in or drizzling over melted dark chocolate.
