Ingredients
Base
110g almond
120g cashews
160g dates
25g pepita seeds
10g chia seeds
45g cocoa powder
25g coconut oil
Filling
20g coconut oil
170g Omega-3 Super Peanut Butter
A pinch of salt
Top
180g dark chocolate
Method
- Line tin with a type of oil to prevent from sticking. Combine base ingredients in a blender, place into muffin tray & into freezer.
- Stir filling ingredients until combined, distribution evenly onto bases & place into the freeze.
- Melt chocolate, pour into trays & freeze. Enjoy!
