Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
100g oats
100g Mayvers peanut butter
40g gluten free rice flour
55g of melted coconut oil
50g coconut sugar
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Scoop batter into balls and flatten on a baking tray.
Bake in a 170 degree (fan) oven for approximately 15 minutes.
