Peanut Butter Birthday Balls
Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 9-10
400g can chickpeas (salt reduced)
30g vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup oats
2 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
250g white chocolate
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse till smooth.
- Roll dough into bowls and add stick.
- Gently melt chocolate.
- Dip ball in chocolate.
- Add sprinkles and chill!
