Peanut Butter Birthday Balls

Ingredients

400g can chickpeas (salt reduced)
30g vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup oats
2 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:
250g white chocolate
Rainbow Sprinkles

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse till smooth.
  3. Roll dough into bowls and add stick.
  4. Gently melt chocolate.
  5. Dip ball in chocolate.
  6. Add sprinkles and chill!
