Peanut Butter and Banana Milkshakes

500ml of milk (or milk variant)

1 tbsp of Mayver’s Probiotic Super Peanut Butter

1 banana

1 tsp of honey

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of coconut flakes

4 small glass jars to serve


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
  2. In each glass jar, smear Mayver’s Probiotic Super Peanut Butter all around the inside.
  3. Pour the milkshake mix into the jars.
  4. Decorate with sliced banana, chia seeds, coconut and a teaspoon of Mayver’s Peanut Butter.
  5. Enjoy!
