Peanut Banana Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Organic Peanut Butter
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 bananas
Lemon juice
Lettuce leaves
Chopped peanuts
Method
Stir together peanut butter and honey in a small bowl. Blend in mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Slice bananas. Dip in lemon juice. Arrange on lettuce leaves on salad plates. Spoon peanut butter mixture over top. Sprinkle with peanuts.
