PB Chocolate Granola Cups

Ingredients

For The Base:

1 1/2 cups granola

1/4 cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter

4 tbsp caramel yogurt

4 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 scoop chocolate protein

2 tbsp cacao

Optional – 3 tbsp Lupin flakes (for an extra boost of fibre & protein)

For The Fillings:

50g dark chocolate, melted

For The Topping:

Cookies & Cream protein bar, sliced

Or any of your choice!

Method

  1. Combine all the base ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Add mixture to a silicone mini muffin mould
  3. Use a finger or spoon to create a well in the centre and fill in with the melted dark chocolate
  4. Add the toppings of choice and freeze for 1 hour to set.
  5. Enjoy!
