PB-Choc Oat Cookies

1 egg
60g coconut oil
120g Mayver’s Dark Roasted Smooth Peanut Butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole meal spelt flour
1 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 cup chopped dark choc



  1. Beat egg, oil and peanut butter until creamy.
  2. Add sugar and combine.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine.
  4. Spoon into 15 cookies on a lined tray.
  5. Bake at 170 for 15mins or until golden and enjoy!
