PB-Choc Oat Cookies

60g coconut oil
120g Mayver’s Dark Roasted Smooth Peanut Butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole meal spelt flour
1 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 cup chopped dark choc
- Beat egg, oil and peanut butter until creamy.
- Add sugar and combine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and combine.
- Spoon into 15 cookies on a lined tray.
- Bake at 170 for 15mins or until golden and enjoy!
