1/2 ripe avocado
2 Tbsp Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
2 small ripe Bananas
4 slices of Peach
1 Tbsp Hemp Seed
1 Tbsp Chia Seed
2 Kale leaves
1 small handful of Spinach
1/3 cup water
