Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
- 4 slices of banana
- 1 passionfruit
- 1 tbs Mayver’s Immune Spread (or Mayver’s Original Super Spread)
- 2 tbs LSA (linseed sunflower almond) meal
Method
- Spoon yoghurt into a bowl
- Mix in Mayver’s Immune Spread (or Original Super Spread)
- Pour across passionfruit
- Sprinkle LSA + Bananna
