Healthy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

1 can chickpeas-rinsed and drained
60g cookie dough protein powder
¼ cup almond milk
¼ cup Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp almond meal
¼ cup chocolate chips


1. Add all ingredients into a high speed food processor (except for the chocolate chips) and blend until the mixture is a very thick and smooth consistency.
2. Add the chocolate chips and fold them through the mixture with a spoon.
3. Top with your desired toppings and enjoy straight away!
