Tahini and Green Pea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped Tbsp of Mayver’s Tahini
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • Juice of 1 small-medium sized lemon
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 small tsp of minced garlic
  • Dash of salt + pepper
  • 1 heaped tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • Chilli flakes, to taste

Method

  1. In a food processor, process all ingredient until smooth.
  2. Taste, and adjust flavours if need be.
  3. Store in a jar in the fridge
