Green Beans with Tahini and Garlic

Ingredients
2 1/4 kgs green beans (fresh or frozen)
2 tsps salt (taste)
5 tbsps olive oil
2 tsps mustard seeds
8 1/2 cloves clove garlic (crushed)
ginger (1 inch, crushed)
3 tbsps Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
4 tbsps chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Method
Cut beans 1 inch long. Steam until crisp and tender, about 6-8 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat and add mustard seeds. When they pop, turn heat low and add garlic and ginger. Add rest of ingredients.
Mix well and heat through. Serve warm, not hot.
