Grain free, Peanut Butter, Chocolate chip, Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond meal
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup Mayver’s peanut butter 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in one big bowl
  2. Form cookie shapes with dough and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 170°C.
