Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lentil flour
- 1/4 cup Mayver’s Peanut Cacao spread
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao mix
- 1/3 cup granulated stevia
- 1 Tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flaxseed mixed with 3 Tbsp water – let sit for 15 mins)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet into dry
- Drop Tbsp size scoops onto baking tray covered with baking paper
- Cook in the oven at 180C for 10 mins
- Transfer to wire tray to cool
