Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp Mayver’s Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp molasses

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
