Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 Tbsp Mayver’s Almond Butter
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp molasses
Method
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
