Flourless Tahini & Honey Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of Mayver’s Hulled Organic Tahini
1/4 cup of clover honey
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of sugar
sesame seeds & sugar for rolling
Method
Preheat the oven to 180c. Line with parchment paper or grease a cookie sheet.
Mix sesame tahini, honey, egg. and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in sugar.
Roll walnut size balls of dough. Roll them in sesame seeds and sugar.
Press down each cookie with a fork on the cookie sheet.
Cook for at most 10 minutes. These will be very fragile at first. Let them sit for a few minutes, then cool on a wire rack. They will be chewy and soft, almost melting in your mouth.
