Easy Keto Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
110g Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
110g brown sugar alternative
100g Monkfruit granulated sweetner
80g maple syrup (or honey)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
120g butter, cubed
50g whey protein isolate
2 pinches salt flakes
100g thickened or heavy cream
100g 85% dark chocolate
Optional Toppings:
Cacao nibs
Dark chocolate for drizzling
Method

In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, stir all ingredients until smooth and thickened. Keep an eye on it and stir regularly.

Pour fudge into a lined brownie tin. Refrigerate until firm and cut into serves – enjoy!
Note: fudge can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
