Double Choc PB Donuts

1 /2 cup wholemeal white flour
1/2 cup white plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of choice
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 egg, whisked
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/ cup macadamia oil

For the PB Glaze:
2-3 tbsp Mayver’s Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tbsp caramel sauce
1/4 cup milk of choice



  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan forced.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl, sifting the flour, cocoa and baking powder first into the bowl.
  3. Once combined, transfer donut batter into a silicone donut tray, containing 6 donut slots.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  5. Top with peanut butter glaze and any other toppings of choice.
