Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Ingredients

60g flavoured protein powder
110g ultra fine oat flour
1 pinch Himalayan salt
120g Mayver’s Probiotic Super Peanut Butter
115g honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 handful choc chips

 

Method

  1. Mix together flour, protein powder and salt.
  2. Add in peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla.
  3. Fold in choc chips and then press mixture into a lined baking dish using your hands.
  4. Pop in the fridge to harden for an hour then melt some chocolate and a tsp of coconut oil to drizzle all over. Slice however you like.
  5. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
