Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Ingredients
60g flavoured protein powder
110g ultra fine oat flour
1 pinch Himalayan salt
120g Mayver’s Probiotic Super Peanut Butter
115g honey
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 handful choc chips
Method
- Mix together flour, protein powder and salt.
- Add in peanut butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla.
- Fold in choc chips and then press mixture into a lined baking dish using your hands.
- Pop in the fridge to harden for an hour then melt some chocolate and a tsp of coconut oil to drizzle all over. Slice however you like.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy!
