Chocolate Super Spread Cups

Ingredients

For the chocolate

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract

To make the butter

Method

  1. In one bowl whisk together all the chocolate ingredients until smooth.
  2. In another bowl whisk together all the butter ingredients until smooth.
  3. Line a 6 pan muffin tray with paper cases.
  4. Fill each case with the butter mixture so it fills the cases so they are 2/3 full and place in freezer until firm.
  5. Take out of freezer and pour chocolate mixture over the frozen butter mixture until they are full and return to freezer until firm.
  6. Then take out of freezer peel off paper and enjoy!
