Chocolate Super Spread Cups

Ingredients
For the chocolate
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
To make the butter
- 60g cocoa butter melted
- 3 Tbsp Mayver’s Cacao Super Spread
- 3 Tbsp Mayver’s Peanut Cacao Spread
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan rock salt
Method
- In one bowl whisk together all the chocolate ingredients until smooth.
- In another bowl whisk together all the butter ingredients until smooth.
- Line a 6 pan muffin tray with paper cases.
- Fill each case with the butter mixture so it fills the cases so they are 2/3 full and place in freezer until firm.
- Take out of freezer and pour chocolate mixture over the frozen butter mixture until they are full and return to freezer until firm.
- Then take out of freezer peel off paper and enjoy!
