400g rolled oats
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup Mayver’s Hazelnut Cashew & Cacao Butter
240ml maple syrup
140g hazelnuts, roasted
80g cacao nibs
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cacao powder and hazelnuts. Mix.
3. Add in the coconut oil, hazelnut butter and maple syrup. Mix.
4. Transfer onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 mins. Leave to cool completely, then fold in the cacao nibs.
