Chocolate Cookies Bites

Ingredients
Cookie
1/2 cup Omega-3 Super Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
Filling
1/2 cup Omega-3 Super Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Malt Syrup
Jam
Chocolate Mousse
Coconut Yoghurt
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
Method
1. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined and a thick dough is formed.
2. Press into silicone muffin tray and leave in the fridge to set.
3. Take out of moulds and top/decorate with dollop of homemade jam and caramel (the caramel is just peanut butter mixed with rice malt syrup).
4. To make chocolate mousse made by mixing chocolate protein powder with coconut yoghurt.
