Chocolate Berry Donuts

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate
25g puffed quinoa or puffed brown rice
4tbsp Mayver’s Berry Peanut Butter

Method

  1. Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water to melt the chocolate.
  2. Mix in the Mayver’s Berry Peanut Butter, then fold in the puffed quinoa.
  3. Transfer to a 6-donut silicon tray and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate has set.
